I was in a desperate part of my life and needed to sell my home. It was a 1967 mobile so I was terrified that I wouldn’t even get what I owed. I posted on Craigslist and that is how Dawn found me. (Thank God) She came over immediately and at first it seemed too good to be true. She paid what I was asking and paid off my back loan payments and worked things out with me, trusting me to do yard cleanup that would have cost me a couple thousand dollars. She never tried to manipulate me into a lesser amount. She was totally honest and did exactly what she said she would do. An added bonus with Dawn is she is a very laid back, cool person. I will be forever grateful to her. In today’s world there’s so many people out to con and commit fraud but I’m telling you she is legit.
