About NQ Capital, Inc.

Sell my house fast

We are family owned and operated, providing win-win solutions to help homeowners get out of sticky situations… like foreclosure, an inherited property, a troublesome rental or a property that isn’t selling as expected.

My name is Dawn Rickabaugh, and I used to work as an ER nurse. I loved it, but I was ready for a change. I have worked for myself since 2004. One of my daughters, my son and my brother all work with me in the business now. We have close partnerships with the best general contractor and the best real estate agent in Carson. They are practically part of the family.

I used to save lives in the ER. Now I help people solve financial and real estate problems. Since moving here in 2014, we’ve been able to help many families to both sell homes, and buy them. I am dedicated to making sure that Carson is a better, safer place to live through increasing home ownership and providing ways for all of us here to invest together, just one Mom n’ Pop to another.

  • We buy both property and paper (real estate and notes) and are specialists in seller or owner financing when that turns out to be the best solution for everyone. Check out more at www.NoteQueen.com
